Founded by veteran actor and filmmaker Sam Toledo, the studio exists not only as a service-for-hire company, but as a home for independent storytelling and meaningful visual work.

WHAT'S NEXT

The cameras have stopped rolling… now the story meets its audience. Legacy Landmarks Studio proudly presents Forgotten Fortune, our entry into the 72 Hour Kick Ass Film Festival — premiering tonight, March 30th. Created under the Mystery genre, the film follows two detectives investigating a brutal assault on a barber tied to a lottery prize worth millions. With his memory gone, they push him to uncover the truth… before something darker emerges. Teaming up as Team Birnamark with Sidney Cara, Josh Lindquist, and Melissa Peltier, we wrote, shot, and delivered the film in just 72 hours. Now, we wait. With nominations pending, we head toward the May 3rd award ceremony. No matter the outcome — we showed up and delivered. Legacy Landmarks Studio is just getting started.

Sam Toledo is a U.S. Army veteran, actor, and filmmaker based in Colorado Springs. With seven years of military service and combat deployment to Afghanistan, Sam brings discipline, focus, and a deep emotional presence to every project—both behind the camera and in front of it.

Sam has appeared in film, television, national commercials, indie features, and shorts. As a storyteller, he produces emotionally grounded films through Legacy Landmarks Studio—highlighting raw human connection, quiet tension, and truth told through the lens.

Legacy Landmarks blends real estate and storytelling into a unified mission: to create lasting communities and unforgettable films. Sam’s work is rooted in legacy—whether building something that stands physically, or capturing moments that endure one powerful frame at a time.
