Legacy Landmarks Studio is a creative extension of Legacy Landmarks LLC — dedicated to producing original films that explore human emotion, resilience, and connection. Founded by veteran actor and filmmaker Sam Toledo, the studio exists not only as a service-for-hire company, but as a home for independent storytelling and meaningful visual work.

A short comedic slice-of-life about faking family — and accidentally finding a bit of truth in the process.
Jen convinces her friend Marc to pose as her partner for a school photo with her daughter. What starts as a simple favor turns into a quietly revealing moment between three people pretending — and connecting — just enough to feel real.

Sam Toledo is a U.S. Army veteran, actor, and filmmaker based in Colorado Springs. With seven years of military service and combat deployment to Afghanistan, Sam brings discipline, focus, and a deep emotional presence to every project—both behind the camera and in front of it.
Sam has appeared in film, television, national commercials, indie features, and shorts. As a storyteller, he produces emotionally grounded films through Legacy Landmarks Studio—highlighting raw human connection, quiet tension, and truth told through the lens.
Legacy Landmarks blends real estate and storytelling into a unified mission: to create lasting communities and unforgettable films. Sam’s work is rooted in legacy—whether building something that stands physically, or capturing moments that endure one powerful frame at a time.
