Buckle up — Legacy Landmarks Studio is diving headfirst into the 72 Hour Kick Ass Film Festival in Pueblo, Colorado, and we’re coming in HOT.
This round, we’re joining forces with a powerhouse lineup: director Sidney Cara, Birnamwood Productions’ Josh Lindquist, and producer/actress Melissa Peltier. Together, we’ve formed Team Birnamark — and we’re ready to raise hell in the best filmmaking way possible.
In true 72-hour fashion, we won’t know our assigned prop or category until the clock officially starts. Whatever gets thrown at us — we’re building a story around it, shooting it, cutting it, and delivering a full short film in three days flat.
The pressure’s high. The energy’s higher. And we’re fired up to create something wild, fresh, and unforgettable.

Sam Toledo is a U.S. Army veteran, actor, and filmmaker based in Colorado Springs. With seven years of military service and combat deployment to Afghanistan, Sam brings discipline, focus, and a deep emotional presence to every project—both behind the camera and in front of it.
Sam has appeared in film, television, national commercials, indie features, and shorts. As a storyteller, he produces emotionally grounded films through Legacy Landmarks Studio—highlighting raw human connection, quiet tension, and truth told through the lens.
